2x2momma said...: I love reading about the housing market- everybody points to numbers from the past to show that we should be getting out of this thing soon, but what happened has no precedent so it's hard to use the past to get an accurate picture. This article is a year old, but he thinks things aren't going to get better until 2011. I think Suze Orman made the same prediction.
